For our active clients, we aim to provide comprehensive care for your pets whenever possible. During regular business hours, we will accommodate your emergency needs if we can ensure the quality care your pet deserves. However, like your primary care physician, there are times we may lack the staff or equipment to handle certain emergencies. In those cases, we will assist you in contacting an appropriate emergency facility. For any  emergency, please call ahead so we can prepare to receive your pet or direct you to the proper facility.​
